SHOPPING BAG
Use the Shopping Bag as you would in a shop! Simply place products you would like to buy inside. Placing a product in your Shopping Bag holds no obligations. If you change your mind, remove an item at any time.

To add a product to your Shopping Bag: Click on the 'Add to Shopping Bag' button found in the detailed display view of each product.

Dont forget to select your ring size, bracelet & Necklace length

To view the contents of your Shopping Bag: Clicking on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right-hand corner of your page. From here, either continue shopping or click on 'Secure checkout' to purchase the contents of your Shopping Bag.

To remove products from your Shopping Bag: Click on the 'Delete' button in your Shopping Bag. Please be aware that if an item is still visible in your Shopping Bag, it has not been properly deleted.

Your security is our priority. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks for payment processing.



Request for TAX invoice
After proceeding to check out, please mark the receipt/tax invoice address box and fill out your information carefully. Especially, if your company/partnership is VAT registered, please fill in your company/partnership VAT registered name, address, tax ID number 13 digits and head office/branch number 5 digits that your company/partnership registered in a VAT Certificate (Por.Por.20) before continuing.

Information provided during your checkout process will be used for your official receipt/tax invoice, which cannot be changed once your order has been placed. We encourage you to use your full legal name or accurate juristic person’s name when ordering with us to ensure eligibility of the invoice.


 
Cancel Existing Order
Cancelation is free of charge

In case of cancellations, your refund will be processed within two business days of submitting the online cancellation form.

 
We will update you via email and SMS once your refund has been initiated. The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank.

Cancelation Method

  • Cancelling an order is fast and easy with our online cancellation form, which is available up to 24 hours after the order has been placed or before the item is shipped.
  • To use the form, you need to place the order with your RAH account (signup here if you don’t have an account) or if you used guest check out, please sign up using the email address used at the time the order is placed.
  • After submitting the form, your order status will be updated to “Canceled” within 60 minutes.
  • You will also receive an SMS and an email to confirm your cancellation.

If you have any problems with cancellation, our email service ([email protected]) is available 24 hours, every day of the week.
 

DELIVERY
After payment is confirmed. Please allow an additional 3-10 working days for delivery of customized and resize.

Refund and Exchange
Please check the policy before placing your order. Customers are eligible for return/replacement within 7 days of receipt if you received the item with manufacturing defect or damaged item due to improper handling during delivery. Please send details and evidence (Order document from RAH) to us at [email protected] or call our Contact Center at +662-169-9568


Exchange and Return Policy
Request for replacement can be made within 7 days upon receiving the order without charges in the following cases:
  • Faulty item, size, or model.
  • Defective item due to manufacturing defect or mishandling in delivery process (Customer is required to return the item with original packaging with associated items such as accessories and free gifts (if any) and send us proof of purchase, pictures of the item and confirmation document from the service center where the item is evaluated).
  • Exchange is allowed within 15 working days from receipt of product. We do not process exchange/return after that period.

We do not allow exchange/return due to change of mind or ordering of wrong item.
**If you would like to request for a replacement in case of defect or wrong order. You are required to return the item with original packaging, labels, other associated items and proof of purchase back to us for evaluation.
**RAH reserves the right to evaluate the return before processing replacement.
**RAH reserves the right to process items with valid return reason and conditions.



Warranty
RAH will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 year from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice.
 
In the event of disputes or arguments, the Company’s judgment shall be deemed final.


AFTER SALE SERVICES
We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned head office.

We offer a repairs service including Re-polishing and Re-plating, Re Mounting,  Re-size and Reengraving.
